I’m purchasing an Xbox Live Indie Game every day, seeking out the quality titles that got lost in the shuffle and no longer appear in the top 50 downloads. Today is day #72, and today’s game is “Arkedo Series – 01 JUMP!”.
What’s not to like about this game? It’s Super Mario Bros. done with a Pitfall! aesthetic. Most people reading that sentence will know if it’s a must-buy, or must-avoid.
The controls are tight, the difficulty level easy at first and hard by the end. Mostly it does everything right without doing much of anything wrong.
