Day 1096: Enigma Dungeons

Posted: 2013/11/10 in Indie Games

Playing a bit like the Lynx classic “Chip’s Challenge”, “Enigma Dungeons” is an adventurer/puzzler where you avoid traps, dodge enemies, flip switches, and collect the things you need to escape each level and move onto the next.

Though oddly optimised for a 4:3 screen (perhaps it was ported from another platform), the game nonetheless plays very well with challenging (but not ridiculously so) puzzles and brings the value for its dollar.

Here’s what the developer (Final Boss Productions) has to say about the game:

“Help guide the none-too-bright hero as he struggles to save the princess by going through the many dungeons set up by the odd – but evil – witch Malice.”
